Can I make changes to my transaction/remittance once is completed?
Yes, we accept modifications. Sender needs to be at the authorized agent location to request the modification.
My beneficiary is able to collect the transaction/remittance on any payout location of Dinex?
The transaction/remittance can be collected by the beneficiary at any payout location that was selected during the process of the transaction.
My beneficiary is a minor, he/she is able to collect the funds of the transaction/remittance?
The transactions/remittances can be collected by persons over 18 years of age and with a valid ID.

If I made a mistake in the account, the service can be cancelled?
Yes, you can request a cancelation of the transaction within 24 hours, please note that the service provider has to provide a confirmation of the cancellation in order to proceed.
How soon the Bill Payments can be reflected?

You can request the cancellation at the agent location and it will be depends if the top-up has been used or no.

How soon the Mobile top-ups can be reflected?
The Mobile Top-ups service is immediate, as long as the number provided exists.
I only have the mobile number but I don’t know the company, can I use your Mobile Top-ups?
